Happy Mother's Day

Well today was my first Mother's Day and boy did I enjoy...although my little guys has completely wore me out!!! This morning we woke up and Scott decided that he wanted to take us to the zoo. We went around this time last year while I was pregnant. It was so much fun to be there with Mason and see him experience it for the first time. It's hard to believe that I've been a mother for almost a year...where did the time go? This little guy came into my life 10 months ago and flipped my world up side down...I can't imagine what it would be like to not be a mother...what did I do with all my spare time? What would it be like to not have spit up on my shoulder, what would it be like to not have a crusty Mum-Mum stuck to my jeans...I never want to know! As I put him to bed to night and rocked him and sang God Speed Little Man he looked up at me smiled and then burried his head in my chest and just relaxed. Little slices of heaven I tell ya!
